Day 145…

Guys! You’ll never guess what!? ….

I am finally back up to date on my blogs, no back log at all; lets try and keep it that way. Feels good! Day One hundred and fourty five, damn. Thinking about it should I change the titles to the dates or keep it as numbers? Because imagine if I keep this going and we hit the thousands, shit’s gunna get confusing real soon, real fast. Meh, we’ll cross that bridge if or when we come to it. Take one day at a time. Right so on with my day.

This morning I woke up again of my own accord at around 10am and let me tell you I really should have let myself go back to sleep. But I never, I thought to myself “No Molly, get up and spend some time with yo’ mumma!”

So that is what I did… half asleep I dragged myself through the front room to the kitchen. On went the kettle out came a bowl, I go to grab some cereal to notice Mum got more Weetabix but not any ol’ normal Weetabix, Mum got Weetabix Additions – Apple & Raisin like Dad has at his place. Winning! I take my cup of tea and apple ‘n’ raisin Weetabix through to the front room, plonk myself on the opposite end of the sofa to Mum and begin to tuck in. I feel I have said the word Weetabix to many times (in my head) and now it’s starting to sound funny – don’t you hate that?

You say a word too many times and it starts sounding odd, or you look at a word for too long and you start to question if it is spelt correctly or not. Funny how the mind works ay?

So tucking in to my breakfast Mum disappears to sand down and repaint the bathroom door, bloody charming I got up to spend time with her and she leaves me to sit on my tod with the telly.

Breakfast finished and settled in my stomach it was time to do my exercises. Starting with my yoga session, roughly 20 minutes of yoga. Little breather then I loaded up my workout session, clicked on today and found out it was a rest day – winner! I packed away my mat and got changed out of my workout clothes in to my comfys.

I attempted to practice my eyeshadow techniques, it turned out naff; I didn’t really like it. So I took it off and decided to clean my eyeshadow brushes whilst watching telly instead. Then it was time for lunch, two slices of toast; 1 with butter and 1 with brussels paté. I sat munching my lunch whilst (re)watching ‘Next of Kin‘.

A little while later I then decided to give an certain eyeshadow look another shot; it turned out alright in the end. No point taking it off if it looks alright, plus I had to go out anyway so on went those infamous black lines.

Mum kindly came with me to the Dentist, first time there since having my tooth out. Me being me smashed my head on the over hanging light trying to get into the chair – I’m an idiot I know. Anyway everything looked okay, my front teeth are crowded due to my four wisdom teeth coming through. My front two teeth are wonkier than ever☹ which is actually starting to bother me. Due to the ‘over crowding’ I had some tartar build up on some teeth; so the kind man cleaned it off for me.

I talked to him about my front teeth getting worse and asked for some advice; he said to check with an orthadontist about my wisdom teeth, as they might need taking out but it’s best to get a second opinion. All done and dusted, Mum and I headed home.

In the door, on went the kettle; cup of tea each with some biscuits. We put on “The Undateables” and happily sat watching that until it was time for Mum to leave and get Eddie. A little while after Mum left, Dad came over.

So we sat on the sofa having a catch up while I cleaned my eyeshadow brushes again. Mum and Eddie arrived home, on went dinner. We all sat watching ITVs “The Chase“. One lady named Karen did extremely well, she was the only one that got through. She went head to head on the final chase and got over 20 right by herself. Unfotunately Mark Labbett caught her with 15seconds to spare!

We ate dinner as a family while watching The Chase and some of the news. Dad headed home and he made a lucky escape as then the soaps appeared on telly; starting with Emmerdale. I watched that and part of Eastenders before hopping into a bath fulls of lots of bubbles; curtosy of Adam😍😘.

So I lay in the bath resting my dodgy asf joints, listening to my music. Washed and shaved my legs as a treat to myself. Mum kindly came in and washed my hair; in an attempt to cheer me up. God love her, she truly is an angel that walks this earth.

All squeeky clean, I got out and continued listening to some old music whilst drying off and putting away some clothes. Blimey some real throwbacks on this playlist I had created a few years ago. Brought back some lovely memories of school days and chatham lot days. One which stuck out because of it’s lyrics was this… Boys like Girls – The Great Escape.

I then spent an hour or so going through my blogs and catching up. Before taking my meds, getting myself a hot water bottle and heading to bed. Yet again I couldn’t sleep, so I lay on my phone for ages writing some of this blog until I felt tired enough to drop off.

Until tomorrow my finely tuned friends.
